Who this is for

Built for the trades.

  • General contractors
  • Plumbers
  • HVAC
  • Electricians
  • Glass companies
  • Garage door companies
  • Roofers
  • Landscapers
  • Painters

If your work happens at somebody’s house or shop here in Arizona, this is for you.

The work speaks

Google decides who hears it.

The problem

Lead platforms keep you busy. They don’t build anything you own.

Marketplaces charge for the contact whether or not the job closes — and the same lead goes to your competitors. Build the channel you own instead.

Plumber fitting drain pipework under a kitchen sink

The customer who finds you and contacts you directly?

  • No marketplace fee for that inquiry.
  • Your reputation did the qualifying.
  • The website, number, and relationship stay yours.

What I build

One system. Three parts.

Google Business Profile

Found on the map when somebody searches — accurate, complete, and actively managed.

Website

One job: make the phone ring. Fast, mobile-first, built around your real services.

Reviews & follow-up

Review requests and missed-call texts that run on a system, not memory.

Every month: one report — tracked calls and forms, reviews, map visibility, the work done, and the next move. See the fictional sample report ↓

What you see every month

Know what’s working every month.

Real calls, reviews, Google visibility, work completed, and the next priorities.

Readout: visibility improved near the center and west side. The eastern edge remains the clearest opportunity.

What I did this month

  • Added a useful window-repair service page and 10 completed-job photos.
  • Corrected services, service areas, and hours across the profile and website.
  • Sent policy-compliant review requests and responded to all 8 new reviews.
  • Fixed a mobile form-tracking issue and shortened the path from search to call.

What I’ll do next

  • Build the shower-door installation page around real customer questions.
  • Work on the southeast scan points where observed positions remain 8–10.

Bottom line

Visibility improved and tracked inquiries rose, but the southeast side is still weak. Next month’s work is aimed there.

Every figure above is fictional and shown only to demonstrate the report format. Real client reports use actual call tracking, forms, Google Business Profile performance, review data, Search Console, and repeatable map-grid scans. Nothing is estimated or padded.

Local Falcon demonstration

Your ranking changes from block to block.

One search from your own phone is not a ranking report. A map-grid scan repeats the same search from fixed points around the business — same keyword, same grid, same radius, rerun over time — so you see the real shape of your visibility, and whether it’s moving.

Example interpretation: the business is strongest around its verified location and weaker to the east and southeast. That gives the next month’s work a target instead of relying on guesses.

Local Falcon is a third-party local rank-tracking tool. Its scans observe search results from selected points; they do not expose Google’s internal ranking data or guarantee future positions. All values shown here are fictional.

How Google ranks you

Five things Google actually measures.

Google says local results are based primarily on relevance, distance, and prominence. The framework here works those levers — and measures the result.

  1. Relevance

Google understands what you do — profile, services, and site tell one story.

  2. Distance

Where you actually compete, measured on a repeatable map grid — not one search from your phone.

  3. Prominence

Review count and score can affect ranking — built policy-compliant, never faked.

  4. Website

Helpful, people-first pages that support the service and make contact easy.

  5. Measurement

Tracked calls, forms, and rankings — repeated the same way, with limits disclosed.

AI Receptionist · optional add-on

Miss a call. Not the customer.

Around 27% of calls to home-service businesses go unanswered, and 85% of missed callers never try again. This replaces your voicemail — there is AI in the background understanding the caller; there is no chatbot holding a conversation with your customers.

It answers and sticks to your script.

First ring, 24/7. Your hours, your towns, your services — anything it wasn't told, it writes down for your callback instead of guessing.

It takes the job, then checks it.

Name, callback number, address, and the problem — read back to the caller and corrected before the call ends.

It books your calendar.

Real open slots from your Google Calendar, booked before the caller hangs up — on your phone like any other event.

How it goes

Plumb, square, level.

  1. Audit.Free

I check your Google Maps visibility, profile, website, reviews, and nearby competition, then send you the first things I’d improve.

  2. Build.

Profile and website, fixed or built from scratch. Most builds are live inside two weeks.

  3. Track.

Call tracking, review automation, and reporting wired in, so every call and review gets counted.

  4. Improve and report.

Every month: what happened, what I did, what’s coming. One page. No jargon.

Founding Client Program

One price. Everything above.

No fake testimonials, no stock-photo case studies. Built Local is new, and that’s exactly why the first five clients get terms I’ll never offer again:

$500setup: profile, website, and tracking, built complete

$300/momanagement, locked at that price for 12 months

No contract. Cancel any month, no questions.

Want faster? Local Services Ads are an optional add-on. You pay Google for charged leads; I handle setup, monitoring, and reporting.

Can’t get to the phone? The AI Receptionist is an optional add-on. $49 a month, setup included — it answers the calls you miss, takes the job details, and emails you the lead.

The 90-day checkpoint. Month one establishes the baseline and fixes the foundation. By month three, we compare the same visibility, lead, review, and website data. If there is no meaningful progress or no clear explanation for what is limiting it, you see that before deciding on month four.

Proof, honestly:

  • This website and my own Google profile run on the same foundation you’d be buying. Search “Built Local Marketing” and grade my work.
  • See the sample monthly report → Exactly what you receive each month, with fictional data clearly labeled.
  • Your free visibility report uses the same approach on a smaller scale. It is not a promise of a specific ranking.

Ownership

You own everything.

  • Your Google Business Profile
  • Your domain
  • Your website
  • Your reviews

All registered to you from day one. If we ever part ways, it all stays with you. Plenty of marketing companies hold this stuff hostage. I put it in writing that I won’t.

About

Who you’re dealing with

I started Built Local Marketing after watching Arizona trades pay thousands a month to lead platforms for the privilege of racing competitors to the phone. I’m local, I answer my own phone, and I’ll meet you at your shop or on a job site — you work with me directly, and the follow-up runs as a built, tested system, not a task somebody hopes to remember.
