BUILT LOCALMARKETING

Websites for trades

Your website has one job: make the phone ring.

A phone call converts 10–15× better than a web-form lead. So I don’t build brochures — I build one fast page that loads in a driveway, says who you are and where you work, and puts the call button right under their thumb.

The problem

Most contractor sites were built once — and never touched again.

You paid somebody a few years back. They put up a site, handed you a login you never used, and moved on. Now it’s got a gallery from 2021, a coupon that expired, and a phone number in six-point type at the bottom of a contact page. It technically exists. It does nothing.

Here’s what that costs you: your Google Business Profile can win the click, and the site loses the call. A customer taps through, waits, squints, can’t find the number — and goes back to the search results, where your competitor is one tap away. The site isn’t neutral. A bad one actively sends work next door.

The ninety-second test.

Pull up your site on your phone, on cell data, right now. Count how long it takes to load. Then count the taps to call you. If the answer isn’t “under two seconds” and “one tap,” you’re losing calls you already earned — from customers your profile already won.

What you get

What I build — and why every piece is there.

One page, built to be called.

Your trade and your cities in the first line, proof you're legit, and a call button that's always one tap away — top, middle, bottom, and pinned to the screen on a phone. No maze of pages. The customer already knows what they need; the site's only job is to make calling you the easiest next move.

Under 2 seconds on a phone.

More than 70% of your visitors are on a phone, often standing in a driveway with a problem. If the page is still loading at second three, they're back on Google. I build on a stack I control end to end and hold every site to a hard load-time budget — measured on a real phone connection, not a desktop in an office.

Your real reviews, on the page.

The Google reviews you've earned get pulled onto the site and kept current, so the customer doesn't have to leave the page to find out you're good. The proof does the selling before the phone rings.

Every call counted.

A tracking number is wired in from day one, so when the phone rings we know the website did it. That's what makes the monthly report real numbers instead of a feeling — calls, where they came from, what's working.

Already have a site?

The honest answer: I’ll usually rebuild it.

Not because your current site is worthless — because fighting someone else’s page builder to shave three seconds off a load time usually takes longer than building it right from scratch. A clean rebuild on my stack is faster to ship, faster to load, and easier to keep fast.

Here’s why that doesn’t sting: the website is part of one flat-price system, so a rebuild costs you nothing extra. Your domain stays yours, your old site stays up until the new one is live, and the free visibility report will tell you straight — before you pay me anything — whether yours is one of the rare ones worth keeping.

Timeline

Live in about two weeks.

Most builds go from kickoff to live inside two weeks. What I need from you fits in one sitting: your license info, the cities you work, the services you want the phone ringing for, and photos from real jobs. I write the copy — you just correct me where I get your trade wrong.

This is where they decide

On a phone, on cell data, with your competitor one tap away. The site has about two seconds.

Ownership

You own everything.

  • Your Google Business Profile
  • Your domain
  • Your website
  • Your reviews

All registered to you from day one. If we ever part ways, it all stays with you. Plenty of marketing companies hold this stuff hostage. I put it in writing that I won’t.

The website is one part of one system. The Google Business Profile gets you found in Mesa and beyond, the website turns the click into a call, and the review and follow-up automation makes sure the call turns into a customer. I don’t sell the pieces separately, because separately they leak.

Free visibility report

See where you stand on Google. Free.

Send me your business name. Within 48 hours I’ll send back a simple visibility report showing your Google Maps presence, profile, website, reviews, nearby competition, and the first things I’d improve.

It is a smaller version of the report clients receive every month. No sales call required. If you want, I can also walk you through it afterward.
